Queen Elizabeth II, the Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, died today 8th. September 2022 at Balmoral Castle. She was 96 years old. Her son Charles is now King and Charles’ Wife Camilla; Queen Consort.

Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, is now next in line to the throne. Presumably, he will assume the title Prince of Wales.
