World Bronze medalist Sada Williams of Barbados advances in the Women’s 400m Semi-Final 2 commonwealth race earlier today.
Williams who ran in lane 5 showed great form and control placing first with a time of 51:59 whilst Kyra Constantine of Canada placed 2nd with 51.78 and Jodie Williams of England placed third with 51.98 to advance to finals.
